The first round of the introductory training sessions will take place on September 9, 16, 23 and 30. You can participate in 3 introtrainings. The normal times will take place during our normal training time, so that will be 19:30-21:00. During these special introtrainings the basic techniques of survivalrun will occur and be explained. The recommended clothing for survivalrun is a running-tight paired with trailrunning shoes and a t-shirt that is allowed to get dirty or slightly damaged. In case of cold weather a warm, long sleeved shirt can be worn underneath. For your first few training sessions any type of long sports pants, high socks and running shoes are sufficient.
