The second round of the introductory training sessions will take place during all Thursday in February. You can participate in 3 training without any consequences. These training will take place during our normal training time, so that will be 19:30-21:00. The recommended clothing for survivalrun is a running-tight paired with trailrunning shoes and a t-shirt that is allowed to get dirty or slightly damaged. In case of cold weather, a warm, long sleeved shirt can be worn underneath. For your first few training sessions, any type of long sports pants, high socks and running shoes are sufficient.
